Accessory: ElectroForce® 3200 - Torsion Motor Option

The ElectroForce® 3200 test instrument was engineered to be an easily configurable loading system to allow users to simply add more motors and create the test simulation you require.

This option is supplied with a torsional motor, amplifier, controls, and a choice of rotation or torque feedback control. Contact Bose for special add-on options.

Features:

  • Torsional Force Capacity:
    • Standard: +/- 2.8 N-m (25 in-lbs.)
    • High Torque: +/- 5.5 N-m (50 in-lbs.)

  • Multi-Turn capability:
    • 18,000 degrees of rotation (up to 50 turns)

  • 110 or 220 VAC power
Note: The torsional motor option may not be used simultaneously with the electromechanical motor options as they use the same mounting. For larger specimens, the torsion option may require the base plate extension (ELF32-BEXT-150mm) for the ElectroForce 3200. Contact Bose for more information.
